Baby Package

We can place a cot and a high chair for your little sunshine in your apartment. Herefore we charge € 7,- per day extra.

The next ski bus stop is directly in the center. From our house you walk about 7 minutes to the center. The two gondola stations are located outside of the village. So  you need the ski bus or a car to get there.

At the gondola stations are Ski depots available. There you have the possibility to keep the ski equipment safe and warm. So you don`t need to carry the skis.

Arrival / Departure

We try to prepare your reserved flat as early as possible. Your apartment is ready for occupancy at 02.00pm. We request you to vacant your apartment till 10.00am. Otherwise, we will charge 50% of the list price for late check-out.

29 till 15 days before arrival........50%

from 14 days before arrival ........100%

 In case of early departure or late arrival, please note that set apartment prices will be charged. Deposits will be kept as a cancellation fee, except if cancellation is made according to our conditions or according to travel insurance policy conditions. The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply.

Covid-19 Cancellation Guarantee

If arrival is not possible because of closed borders, closed roads, travel warning to Tyrol or early termination of the winter season, of course you don`t have to pay any cancellation fees and the deposit will be refunded!From planning to departure - the new website Willkommen.tirol provides our guests with compact information on the most important questions about holidays in Tyrol in times of Covid-19.

You can enjoy your cigarette on the beautiful terrace or balcony.
